Warranty
Simple Watch Co. offers a 2-year warranty from date of purchase. During this warranty period, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge, at our own discretion, if there proves to be a mechanical, manufacturing or workmanship defect/fault within this period. This warranty does not cover general wear & tear. A lifetime warranty is provided on our batteries, simply contact us and we’ll send you a new battery.
The retailer you purchased your watch from will handle all warranty claims, a Proof of Purchase will be required.
We have extensive Quality control systems in place, but if you do find you have issues with one of our watches, please return to the place of purchase with your receipt.
Watches under warranty will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
