Shipments to these countries may incur local import duties or taxes. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Simple Watch Co will never pay import duties or customs charges.

Returns

 

30 day returns for refund or exchange, Online or In Store

• Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, online or at any Mr Simple store
• You are welcome to:

1. Swap for a different product.
2. Get a full refund

• Please ensure all returns & exchanges come back to us in their original condition, with tags & receipts.

As soon as the return or exchange has cleared it's inspection, you will be notified of your exchange, refund or credit immediately. 

Return Process:

Step 1: Cut out the return address at the bottom of your returns sheet (this will come with your package). Fill out your order number. 

Step 2: Put all of your product in the original packing or find a new box that will fit, stick the Return Address slip to the box.

Step 3: Ship it to us, as soon as the return or exchange has cleared it's inspection, you will be notified of your exchange, refund via email, please allow 3 days for processing.
