Returns

30 day returns for refund or exchange, Online or In Store
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, online or at any Mr Simple store
  • You are welcome to:
    1. Swap for a different product.
    2. Get a full refund
  • Please ensure all returns & exchanges come back to us in their original condition, with tags & receipts.

As soon as the return or exchange has cleared it's inspection, you will be notified of your exchange, refund or credit immediately. 

Return Process:

Step 1: Cut out the return address at the bottom of your returns sheet (this will come with your package). Fill out your order number. 

Step 2: Put all of your product in the original packing or find a new box that will fit, stick the Return Address slip to the box.

Step 3: Ship it to us, as soon as the return or exchange has cleared it's inspection, you will be notified of your exchange, refund via email, please allow 3 days for processing.

How to set up Date and Time

The time and date can be changed by pulling the crown out; one click for date (turning  towards yourself) and 2 clicks for time (turning clock wise). Ensure you remove the plastic from crown.

All Simple Watches use Swiss and Japanese movements in our Quartz watches. You will need to adjust the date each calendar month, ensure this is set in the AM hours.

How to set up the Explore

Battery Lifetime Replacement

Your battery should last approximately two years. We offer a lifetime battery replacement, please notify us and send warranty and receipt and we will ship out a replacement battery free of charge.
Take your watch with battery to any reputable water repair store to have it replaced.

Strap Care Instructions

Our leather straps are made from Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather. With all genuine leather products,  these will have unique characteristics and natural marks.
Our Nato straps are 100% Hand Woven Nylon and waterproof.
All straps will naturally darken and wear over time if exposed to factors including Perspiration, Oils and Water.

Water Resistance

Our watches offer 2 levels of water resistance, 3ATM or 20ATM. Water resistant ratings indicate how well a watch is sealed against the access of water. The Explore watch is rated at 20ATM, which is equivalent to 200 metres depth water resistance. All other watches are rated 3ATM, which is equivalent to 30 metres, this rating is suitable for everyday use, it will withstand rain, splashes & an accidental dip but is not suitable for swimming.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, during business hours) upon placing your order and you will be sent an email with a tracking number.  
We ship to Australia & New Zealand from our Melbourne warehouse.  For all other countries we ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Warranty

All Simple Watch Co watches come with a 2 year warranty from date of purchase.  During this warranty period, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge at our own discretion if there proves a mechanical or manufacturing defect is with this period.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear.  
Please ensure proof of purchase is provided when requesting a warranty claim.
