How to set up Date and TimeThe time and date can be changed by pulling the crown out; one click for date (turning towards yourself) and 2 clicks for time (turning clock wise). We offer a lifetime battery replacement, please notify us and send warranty and receipt and we will ship out a replacement battery free of charge. Strap Care InstructionsOur leather straps are made from Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather. With all genuine leather products, these will have unique characteristics and natural marks.Our Nato straps are 100% Hand Woven Nylon and waterproof. All straps will naturally darken and wear over time if exposed to factors including Perspiration, Oils and Water.

Water ResistanceOur watches offer 2 levels of water resistance, 3ATM or 20ATM. Water resistant ratings indicate how well a watch is sealed against the access of water. The Explore watch is rated at 20ATM, which is equivalent to 200 metres depth water resistance. All other watches are rated 3ATM, which is equivalent to 30 metres, this rating is suitable for everyday use, it will withstand rain, splashes & an accidental dip but is not suitable for swimming. Shipping and HandlingAll orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, during business hours) upon placing your order and you will be sent an email with a tracking number. WarrantyAll Simple Watch Co watches come with a 2 year warranty from date of purchase. During this warranty period, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge at our own discretion if there proves a mechanical or manufacturing defect is with this period.This warranty does not cover general wear and tear. Please ensure proof of purchase is provided when requesting a warranty claim. |
